Building Tomorrow's Ministries Today Campaign

As of May 28, 2010, we have 190 pledges totaling $ 905,706.00.  Unfortunately this was not enough to completely fund the construction of the Christian Life Center/Office Complex, so we went back to the architects and had them rewrite the plans to break the plans into three phases and spread out the construction costs.  Phase 1 is basically the Christian Life Center (i.e., multipurpose/gymnasium area),  a roughed in (unfinished) 2nd story, a new kitchen fully equipped,  two to three classrooms, a storage area and bathrooms including showers for a cost of $ 1.302 million.  Plans are to start construction on that phase sometime late this year (2010) with completion scheduled for late next year (2011).  Phase 1a will be the phase where the 2nd story of the Christian Life Center is completed and finished out for a cost of about $ 270K.  Phase 2 will be the Office Complex and additional classroom area and it will be finished for a cost of around $ 917K.  It is currently planned that we will do Phase 1 first with the funds we have currently and then after Phase 1 is completed and paid for, we will move forward with Phase 1a and then Phase 2.
